  - ディレクトリに初めて入った時、指定のメッセージを表示させる。
  - vsftpdが使用する PAM サービス名をvsftpdとするする。
  - ディレクトリリストの表示にローカルのタイムゾーンを使用する
  - ログイン時のバナー表示を有効にし、vsftpd のバージョン表示を抑制する。

  - anonymouse接続を禁止
